Linear irrigation systems require a reliable pumping system to operate sprinklers and supply electric power for the entire structure. The Nettuno Hydro series, a hybrid motor pump equipped with a Diesel engine and centrifugal pump, along with an alternator driven by a belt, provides high resistance and low noise levels.

How It Works?

The Nettuno Hydro features a clutch between the Diesel engine and the centrifugal pump. This clutch allows for the interruption of the irrigation cycle in areas that do not require irrigation or need it in smaller quantities. The centrifugal pump is connected to the clutch via a flexible joint and equipped with interchangeable plugs. The alternator is activated by a synchronous belt system that ensures maximum speed control and prevents slipping. The traction system is enclosed by a sump that protects it from humidity and dirt, and is easily removable for maintenance. The extra-strong baseframe can be treated with anti-corrosion or hot-dip galvanising upon request.

Equipment:

Linear Actuator: Allows engine speed to be controlled and adjusted directly from the control panel without manual operation of the accelerator lever. Two limit switches stop the engine at the ends of its range, allowing operation at the system's maximum yield point.

Transport Brackets: Equipped with four treated steel legs for easy handling and storage, keeping the motor pump raised and protected.

Alternator Protections: Removable protections for easy maintenance, ensuring maximum durability of the alternator and belt while reducing noise. The anti-corrosion treatment further enhances the longevity and performance.
