The Ferbo GHs Series represents a premium line of turbine-driven hard hose irrigators engineered for professional agricultural operations requiring robust, mobile irrigation solutions. Manufactured in Italy by Ferbo, these sophisticated machines combine hydraulic wheel lift technology with a 360° turntable base, delivering exceptional manoeuvrability and operational flexibility across diverse terrain. With hose configurations ranging from 100-125 mm (3.94-4.92 in) in diameter and extending from 250-480 m (820-1575 ft) in length, the GHs Series is designed to efficiently irrigate large-scale agricultural holdings whilst maintaining precise water distribution control.
What distinguishes the GHs Series from conventional hard hose irrigators is its comprehensive hydraulic control system featuring five independent control levers for rotation, wheel lift, jack operation, trolley lift, and stabiliser legs, all managed through quick-connect clutches directly to the tractor. The turbine drive mechanism incorporates a flanged turbine mounted on a four-speed gearbox with integrated speed control and compensator, ensuring consistent retrieval speeds regardless of varying water pressures. The galvanised frame construction on GHs models, combined with RAL 5021 painted mechanical components and drum, provides exceptional durability against corrosive agricultural environments whilst the leadscrew hose layering device guarantees uniform hose winding for extended equipment lifespan.
